The point is to fix the addiction not to lock it up deep down inside where the sun dont shine. Is this addiction or obssesion? Today, everything has a "label" its the easier softer way to just lock them up and throw away the key. Although at times I catch myself in front of this contraption for hours on end without even realizing it but I get off my butt and do something.
